Difference between SPA504G and SPA514G

Sorry for my english :)

i have a problem with my SPA514 - if i configure an external ligne, on my rapid link , there is a orange led who flash slowly.

The same configuartion on my SPA504 doesn't make this action.

any idea ? it is specific on SPA514 ?

i am working with KEYYO in france.

Orange flashing LED claim REGISTER in progress. It should be completed within seconds unless there's configuration or network issue.

Are you sure the configurations are same ? SPA504 & SPA514 are similar enough. So save XML form of configuration on SPA504G and restore it on SPA514 to be sure it's the same. 

If it will not help then catch sent & received SIP packets. It may reveal the issue cause.
