Downgrade Firmware of SPA502G

Hi all

All my phones have the 7.5.2b or 7.5.2 firmware version, I'm considering if I should do it. I'm afraid if anything goes wrong I would like to know if there is some way to downgrade the phones after that I had upgraded them.

So if I can downgrade the phones, How can I do it?

Downgrade is undocumented procedure (as far as I know) and you are on your own unless instructed by SMB Support to do it.

My experience

1. phone with factory-default configuration can be downgraded. During preparation of this document I successfully downgraded (step by step) to 7.3.7. It may or may not be safe to skip some firmware versions - I didn't tried it. I guess you should never miss at least 7.5.2b version during downgrade.

2. phone with complex non-default configuration may be permanently bricked during downgrade. I have the one ...
