So I have a client with a UC320. From time to time, employees take vacations (GASP!, I don't know what those are like myself). So they add a temporary outgoing message to their voicemail, and the people calling are told that particular employee will be out of the office until such and such a date.
Is it possible for the caller to press something on their phone to exit the outgoing message in the voicemail, and get back to the auto-attendant or a specific extension? Like, if they can't wait a week for a message to be returned and would like a shot at talking to someone that isn't on vacation?
If this is possible, what would they press and when?
