Extension # display issue on SPA525G2 IP phones

I am not getting extension number display on my spa525g2 ip phones despite upgraded the new version of spa525g 7.4.9a and having UC560 version version 15.1(2)T4. I can ring my other spa 504g ip phones from other 504g phones but don't get any dialtone/ring on spa525g2, only hit voicemail when dial 525g2's extension. Anybody have any clue, please reply back. Thanks

Are the new phones registering to the UC560?  Are you using SIP or SCCP?  Do you have the correct firmware uploaded and tftp/load configurations?

Thanks gmgarrian for replying back, I contacted cisco tech support and they

resolved the issue. 5252g2 phone was not registered, i deleted the user on

that phoen and let it get aut-registered, and it started working like other

phones.
