Problem just popped up 2 days ago. One by one our FXO ports are becoming stuck "in-use" when no one is on a line and no calls are coming in. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Michael,
Did the lines remain "in use" right after completing a call? Do the lines come back to idle after some time, or a reboot?
I suggest to contact the Cisco Small Business Support Center and have them troubleshoot why your UC320W is having the line show as in use.
We need to determine if the lines are remaining "in use" due to disconnect not being properly detected, or other underlying issues.
The following page contains the pertinent contact list.

Can't tell if it's an inbound or outbound call that making it stuck in use. Seems like a call happens. The users hang up, but the system doesn't register a disconnection. The lines never come back to idle over time. I need to either reboot or pull the cables out to get the line to reset.

Hi Michael,
Please do call the Cisco Small Business Support Center as that sounds like we may need to tune the disconnect detection on your system.
Best regards,
Julio
