We have several door boxes that simulate a POTS line to a phone system. Now that we have replaced our traditional PBX with an IP based system, we are using the SPA3102 to direct push buttons calls at a door box into the phone system. This works correctly. However, if we try to call out to the door box, the connection fails. Hook a traditional phone line to the device and it will connect. The absence of a dial tone appears to be the issue. How can I configure the SPA3102 to not check for a dial tone when receiving an outbound call request?
