Hi,
I have purchased the SPA 302D and 232D , it works well , but check the voice mail is really annoy,
currently what I do to check the voicemail is :
press and hold the 1(mail) button for many seconds,
it and show a screen ask me to select the line , I have to use the down key to select the Dect1 , that is only line I used . I have disabled all other lines
PSTN , Line1 , Dect 2-Dect 9 ,,etc , but they still show on this screen
select the Dect Line 1 and press OK, then I connected to voicemail .
this is very long step , It cost at least 15 seconds to get connect to voice mail , is there a fast way?
it should be as simply as I just press the mail button like my other Cisco phone ( SPA525G)

SPA232D will not help you with it so much. There is no such kind of button like the one on SPA525G.
But you can solve the issue partially by self.
Just configure one-digit voicemail access number on your PBX. Then you can access your voicemail by dialing such single digit. I'm sure it will be much faster than 15 seconds ...

that is funny , so what is the purpose of mail button design for ? there is email icon on button number 1 .
