what about using it as SIP, i also fail to do it as SIP, using counterpath Soft Pohone.

Using third party SIP endpoints is currently not supported.  Third party SIP endpoints do not support many of Cisco's features such as parking calls, corporate directory and paging.  So I don't see that being supported in the future.
