Hello,
I'm developing a new VoIP project with Cisco SPA 514G IP Phones. Firmware version: 7.5.7s
Currently my customer is in the testing phase and he's warning me that something goes wrong because with older Thompson IP phone doesn't hapen. He has stopped the deployment because of this so I'm trying to solved it.
The issue is the following: if you are inside the menu settings (with setup button) and a call is incoming, the phone rings but the caller is not shown in the display (the menu setting is still in the display).
Only you can see the caller in the display if you push once or twice (it depends in which menu you are inside) the setup button.
I think it's not a bug but I don't know if it's a configurable feature (showing always the incoming call in the display without touching any button)
Could you help me with this issue?
