Is my SPA525G Fried?

My SPA525G is inoperable.  The message indicator is flashing red.  The line indicators are muted, the top and bottom are not lit at all.  The Mic light is flashing red.  The Headset light is flashing green.  The Speaker light is flashing green. 

The screen is dark.

All buttons are non-responsive.

Rebooting does not cure the problem.

Internet connectivity is fine per test with Provider.

I don't know how to reset this problem.  Is this phone done?

Are you able to bring up the menu's and do a factory reset?

No.  The phone is completely non-responsive.  No menus, not response to any of the buttons, etc..  Just continuously flashing lights.
