I am using a UC520 at a small business. I need to change the auto attendant 1 to have a new *.wav file for button 3. This gives a list of employee extensions and 2 people have left and I need to get them out of the list. I have the AA Script set at aa_sbcs_v02.aef, but there are others available in the list. When I install the new wav file it does not work and I have to change it back to the existing one to make it work again. I was told I need to change the AA Script to something else to make this change. Is this true and which of the standard scripts can I use without having to rebuild the auto attendant section?
