You need to configure SIP CME. CME doesn't support third party endpoints, which the Linksys SPA device would be considered.
Also, CCA doesn't support the configuration of SIP CME. So it can be done technically, but you're going to run into support issues since it isn't a supported endpoint integration, and since CCA doesn't support SIP CME.
