Hi,
Some of our customers complain about the speaker function of the Cisco spa phones.
The sound that is comming from the spa phone is perfect but the one calling/called with the phone complains that there is a noise on the back ground and it sounds like it is half duplex audio.
We have tested it ourselves and we also experience the half duplex audio and sometimes some noise on the background.
Is this a setting in the phone?
All phones have the latest firmware 7.5.5
