No dial tone

One of our SPA525G phones is no longer working. There is no ringtone and the lights are not lit up on the 2 phone lines???

Hard to give usefull advice with almost no informations. We know no firmware version, no configuration, no current state of phone not line's registration.

I estimate the phone configuration is lost. Configure it again, from scratch.
