OM 2.0 and Windows 7 Adobe Air problem

Windows 7 64 bit.

Installed OM 2.0 <--  It says I have to manually go to Abobe to download AIR (see below picture)

Download air (which says its compatible with my OS.

Run As Administrator and accept license and it fails.

Anyone else see this or have an idea what I can do here?

I found a potential the fix in the adobe forums.....

Chris Campbell from Adobe posted a script there.  If you unzip it and run it, it cleans of some 'things' that are apparently in the way.
