H need to run this in SCCP for connection to CUCME,
I need the phone load files for this, esp, XMLDefault525G.cnf.xml
can anyone help ?

The 525 only registers to the UC500 routers. You can obtain the firmware in the UC500 software pack on cisco.com's download page.
