I am trying to find out if the Cisco UC500 is able to forward caller ID to a remote phone when you are using SNR? I sell another system (ESI) that forwards the calling parties caller ID to the remote phone (Cell or other landline) when you are using it's SNR type feature. It does require a PR. But it is a really nice features that let's you know who it is that is calling without having to answer the phone.
