Hi, when i have a call shift to an external line for SNR on an extension, the internal extension keeps ringing even after the external number that the call has been shufted to has picked up. Is there a way to stop this?

Hi Jeremy,
How is it going out-bound? is it via PSTN, ISDN/PRI or SIP?
Which ever one it was can you run a debug on an SNR call and post it up as a text file, it would be good to see if it is responding to a call answered signal or not... Might also be a bug in 8.6

HI David, i am using ISDN/BRI as my transports.
How do i run a debug with CCA? i do not use CLI, nor do i know how to use it...
Based on your response...does this not sound like normal behaviour?
