SPA 122 I want to divert incoming calls from line 2 to line 1

I would like to let ring line 1 and take the call on line 1 when a VoIP call on line 2 comes in.
The option Voice, regional, Ring and Call Waiting Tone Spec, Synchronized Ring on YES doesn't do the job.
Can anyone help me?
