SPA 303 individual paging not auto-answering

SPA 303s on 7.6.1 using anveo.com as a hosted PBX.

Individual paging does not auto-answer: initiator dials *69 + extension, receiving phone rings but does not auto-answer on the speakerphone. Group paging works properly: initiator dials extension and audio comes over the receiving phones' speakerphone.

Auto Answer Page is set to Yes in Voice > User and Paging Serv is set to Yes in Voice > Phone.  Changing the Paging Code in Voice > Regional has same result.

Any ideas?

It may be either phone issue or PBX issue. To narrow the cause please catch SIP dialog between target phone and PBX. Catch both dialogs - the successful group paging as well as failing individual paging.

It will allow us to analyze the issue.
