SPA 303 ipphone web server access from other lan

Dear Cisco,

I have a question in my company we using Cisco SPA303 ipphone. There is in 172.16.2.x class ip. All pc in 172.16.1.c ip class.

How can i setup phone for i can access web server page from other lan?

If my computer in 172.16.2.x and phone is too i can access web server page.

Sorry, but I recognize no network topology you have. You disclosed no IP network masks ...

But in general - no specific network configuration is required for SPA303. As long as client can create TCP connection to SPA303, it can access it's HTTP server.
