SPA 303 phone is not working on DHCP

Hi,

I have a new SPA 303 phone and the default settings is using DHCP to get a IP address. But I have tried many time it still not getting the right IP address. Our local address should be like 192.168.10.xxx but the phone will show the current IP address as 192.168.2.66. We don't have such range on our local network. What is the problem? Do you have any ideas?

stevel003 has provided no issue details. So you can't guess you have the same problem or not.

You provided no details as well, so no advice is possible.

As a pure blind shot - you DHCP server doesn't respond the phone's requests. E.g. broken or misconfigured DHCP server is the cause of the issue in question.

i solved the problem connecting to another router/lan/dhcp server

the problem was on the begininng lan
