SPA 303 SOS mode

I have downloaded the recovery tools, both 7.5.5 and 7.4.4.

Both on my network, direct connected and into a switch with just my pc and the phone the tool is not able to find the phone.

Also Cisco support is down.  I have had 6 calls to them disconnect, 2 from cell, 2 from landline
