We have recently purchased and deployed 2 x Cisco SPA-502G IP phones and when we have tried to upgrade the firmware on both of them, we get the " Upgrade Failed: No Reponse from SPA" message on both of the phones. The firmware currently is 7.1.3a and we are trying to upgrade from 7.4.4. Help!

Are you able to get to 7.2.5 or 7.3.5 ?

Hi Nseto,
I have resolved this problem, my colleague worked it out....pretty embarassing really...Trend Micro firewall kept on blocking all packets and would not allow the firmware upgrade until it was unloaded, then the firmware upgraded on both phones. Now happily running 7.4.4 on both phones.
