SPA 962 Button Press / Tone send issue

I'm using the SPA962, and having an issue with numerical button presses,   IE:  If I call a bank or any service that requries me to type any sort of numerical code, the receiving side gets codes like (5555 22222 33 - if I had only dialed 523).  Not quite sure how to remedy this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: oh, and all firmware is up to date

You can try the other dtmf sending options to see if there's a difference.

Located in the Ext tab under audio config.  DTMF Tx Method.  AVT, Info or Inband.
