Hi,

i deactivated the hardware reset button on the rear panel. After that i changed some values because there was no audio on calls...

But then i lost the web access and the ivr won't work too. Is there an hidden procedure to reset the spa112 to factory values?

Hi Ricwastufu19,

 

The only two ways to factory reset that unit is through the IVR or the hard reset button. The IVR should work even if you lost access to the Web interface. I would suggest that you call Cisco support at 1-866-606-1866 if the unit is within 1 year of purchase or see if you can get the unit replaced from your reseller. There are no other hidden procedures that I know of that will reset the unit other than the two mentioned above.
