The feature you are asking for is known as Caller Id Mapping but I;m not sure it is available on SPA1x2 class of devices (I have no one here, so I can't inspect it).
On the other side, PBX should provide caller number in the form suitable for callback. So, PBX administrator should be asked for help - it is most preferred solution of the issue you described.
