SPA3102 incoming call PSTN 2nd rings in too

Dear members,

We have the following problem:

We have SPA3102 connected to PSTN in Italy.

As i know the SPA 3102 is limited to recieve only 1 PSTN call in the main time.

When the customer recieves a call, the main call is ok, they can answer it forwarded to a trixbox/asterisk extension.

After they recieve a second call to the same PSTN line, and then  they hear another ring, but they cannot answer the second call. How can i setup the SPA3102 to recieve only 1 call from PSTN interface?

I made fw upgrade to the newest, and the situation is the following:

If i call, you can hear the second call's ring in the first conversation, and the phones are showing there is an incoming call ( but no sign in asterisk logs ).

The second calles hears also the ringing, but i cannot answer the call.

The ring group in asterisk is 600.
