SPA3102 PSTN to selected VOIP

Good morning,

we are using Asterisk and SPA3102 to connect a PSTN line.

Our PSTN number is 123.

We wish to call an internal "xxx" number (SPA send an INVITE to xxx), calling 123xxx from another PSTN phone.

We cannot send an invite to "xxx" directly, but only if the digits are sent after the response tone.

Is possible to invite "xxx" directly, by calling 123xxx?

Is there any dial plan or options to set?

With our dial plan (xx.<:@asterisk>) we invite "xxx" by selecting xxx after the response tone.

Of course, we can forward all incoming calls to one number, but we wish to dispatch each call to the called user:

123000 -> internal 000

123001 -> internal 001

Thanks a lot,

Gianpietro

For dial plan, you'll need to be more specific for those calls to the inside number.

Like having 1234xx to be mapped to the inside to distinguish from just 123 to the pstn.

Full dial plan details and examples are in the admin guide that you can download from cisco.com

An example from the guide is <8:1650> for where you dial 8 and it substitutes 1650.
