SPA3102: pulse dialing support (on FXO and FXS ports)?

Is it possible to configure the SPA3102 to:

  1. recognise the pulse-dialed numbers on FXS port?
  2. properly dial out a number on FXO/PSTN port?

A lot of houses here in exUSSR are still on really old POTS lines with only pulse dialing option.
