I have a site with 24 x 504G phones each with a 500S BLF unit. Without any prompting, the users that are represented by the keys will change. This happens several times a day and means that transferred calls end up at the wrong extension. For most of the time, the keys operate correctly but then this fault will occur again and the call will be misdirected.
Has anyone here seen this behaviour?
Are Cisco aware of this bug?
