SPA500S Button configuration

Hi!

I am running a SPA504G with 500S Console on Sipgate Team. I would like to configure buttons to automatically initiate a call transfer to a specific number. The dial code would be *384#

fnc=sd;ext=*384#

Unfortunately if I configure the button in that way it always starts a new line, so the code is not run on the current call.
Also the Transfer seems to not work (calls stuck and dont transfer).

How can I run dial codes on the current line from the Attendant Console?

Any help appreciated.

You are asking a FAQ, unfortunately, you will not be satisfied by well known answer despite of it.

SpeedDial feature starts new call all the times. SPA[35]?? platform have no shortcut/feature that will allow you to pass DTMF tones into current call.
