SPA504G and 502G pass locked

Hi All,

How to open pass locked, forgot admin pass SPA502G and 504G phones?

I try used the fw updater (spa50x-30x-7-6-1.exe), but don't work, it is also asking for a password.

How to interpret this?

If you are the administrator and forgot the password, you may perform a factory reset by entering ****, option 73738#, and value 1 from a telephone connected to the unit to be upgraded.
