SPA504G SIP Mode - Log Key Pressed to debug/syslog ?

Hi

The  user is claiming the transfer is not working - sometimes. The backend is asterisk, and the logs are simply showing hangup.

I believe I have an 'Organic Interface Issue'

What I want to know is if I can setup debug/syslog to track the keys that are pressed on the phone, then I can follow what the user is doing

Is this possible with the SPA504G, in SIP mode ? In sccp mode,  I see everything.

Just turn on syslog&debug, set highest level possible. I'm unsure if key presses are recorded as independent action, but such debug should allow you to identify the issue. I assume you capture SIP packets as well.
