Hello,
Issue with inbound calls on an SPA 525G using Asterisk as the PBX.
Prod Info:
Product Information | |||
Product Name: | SPA525G | Serial Number: | CBT140600L3 |
Software Version: | 7.4.4 | Hardware Version: | 1.0.0 |
MAC Address: | 0026998D3424 | Client Certificate: | Installed |
Customization: | Open | Licenses: | None |
When on a call and another call comes in it doesn't ring the second line it show incoming call line 1 and the first line light flashes.
If you then answer this call and place it on hold and another call comes in line 2 flashes and you can take the call on line 2. You now have 2 calls held on line 1 and an active call on line 2
If another call comes in now it goes back to calling on line 1 key and if you answer it you know have 3 calls on the line 1 key.
It's impossible to manage xfer etc. and it's pot luck which call you pickup when you hit line 1 key.
Is there a setting to modify this behavior or is this a bug? If its a bug then it pretty much renders this handset unusable for a busy office enviroment.
We are in the process of rolling out 40 of these in an office.
Regards,
Brian
