We are having a problem with a SPA525G2 and a UC540.
When the system was first installed, the phone was configured for remote using the Cisco Configuration Assistant. The phone functioned remotely for almost one year, then stopped unexpectedly .
The phone system has seen no changes since it was configured one year ago. We reboot the UC540 and it would reconnect for a span of only minutes before dropping again.
The UC540 is running uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-2.T4 .
The logs don't say anything about this specifically, but they do indicate some type of memory issue. Not sure if it is related:

Any assistance would be appreciated.
