Hello,
I'm wondering why on the support section of the cisco website, we need to be logged in to be able to download the firmware of the SPA8800 yet every others ATA (2102, 3102, 8000, pap2t) don't have this restriction.
Is this normal ? It's not that much of a problem, yet it can be a bit unpleasant for someone that needs to download the firmware yet doesn't have an account on cisco website.
Thanks

Yvan -- This was in fact an oversight on our part that has been remedied. SPA8800 firmware is now available without login.
Thanks again for helping us out.

Yvan -- You raise a good point. I _think_ this is an oversight on our end. Give me a couple of days to research. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I'm happy to see how fast this has been fixed. That's great.
Now, can I get a free SPA8800 for finding this out ?
Thanks
