Hi all,
We've just installed a UC560 for a client and we're experiencing the same problems as described in this thread (conversation stops in one direction for 5-10 seconds at a time).
https://www.myciscocommunity.com/thread/2662?start=0&tstart=0
There are 4 x AP521's and 15 x 7925G's. The 7925G we tested from was stationary, so it isn't a case of the phone moving from one AP to the next.
Was this ever resolved? I couldn't find a solution on the net and I can't really open a TAC at this time as the WAN link hasn't been setup
Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
Does anyone have any ideas about this?

What phone load is the 7925 running? CLI command "show ephone phone-load" if you are unsure. I've had some audio issues you mention when using the 1.3.3 phone load.

I, too, received the 1.3.3.0.3 firmware and it solved all of my audio quality problems with the 7925s. Thats where I was going with my previous post. I would open a TAC ticket and request the 7925 FW.

Looks like this issue is fixed in 1.3.4 firmware for the 7925 which went live on CCO today. The bug id for this problem is...
CSCtc54410: 7925 has voice gaps for PSTN calls when connected to CME
I am working on getting this into the 8.0.2 software pack as well.
