I've got a customer with a Cisco UC540, they also have a Cisco UC540 on another site, that they VPN onto. They are trying to upload custom on hold music, to the site they VPN onto, in the Cisco Configuration Assistant (CCA), I have seen posts and videos that show a drag and drop method onto the cisco in the topology screen and you can upload it from there but when we try that it just denies us from dropping it on top.
Then I saw another video where someone used file management to upload it, so I tried this but when I did I recieved this error message: "TFTP server is not reachable from the device ........ Please check your network connectivity".
What I would like to know is where are the TFTP settings in the CCA? As I didn't set it up so not sure what these settings would be. Or does anyone know how to fix this issue?
