I have two units and am having the same issue with both. I did a factory reset on both and when the configuration screen opens the counter goes to 100 and stays there. There is no prompt to login. Used Firefox and IE, any ideas?

I have had a similar problem - I can only use IE and find that the first time it will not connect. I occasionally get the blue background and/or an error screen then nothing else. If the error comes up I click on OK to get rid of it and then, in either case, press SHIFT+F5 - the login screen will then appear.
Note, on this current box, it appears quickly but on the last one it took upto 5 minutes to appear.
Hope that helps.
Regards,
Paul.

Got off the phone with Cisco support. There is an issue with Flash on older firmware versions of the UC320. There is a coo firmware upgrader that will work even if you cannot login.
Plug the UC320w WAN port in and connect on the LAN side. go to
http://firmware.ciscosbs.com/CloudAssistedUpgrader.html
and enter the ip address of the UC320W and it does the upgrade.
Now I can access the system
