Hi,
My UC520 stopped working recently in that incoming calls cannot be received. The device does not detect these incoming calls and as a result none of the phones ring. However, outgoing calls still work perfectly for the lines connected to the box. In CCA, the device gets stuck in "Loading Voice Data" and does not finish loading even if left there for 15 minutes. I have ssh'ed in and ran this command "UC_520#service-module Integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session". The resulting error log is attached below, which leads me to believe there might be something wrong with the internal flash memory. Is this the problem with my system and how should I go about repairing this? Thanks!
