uc560 issues with phones

hello we have a uc560 and 2 esw switches, poe, 24 ports each.
the uc560 was upgraded to the latest version. we are using cca 2.2.4
these are our problems
Some of the 525g's are giving the error "Max number of phones registered" this requires several unplug's for the phones to sync up. I have noticed this on all 3 of the phones in the building.
Phones dropping off the network after being left alone for several hours/overnight.
The phones will boot up to initializing network, then get stuck on a blank screen. Checking under network status shows the correct TCP info, several unplugs are needed to resync the phone to the network or rebooting the switches & UC560. Cabling does not seem to be the issue as its random phones around the office and the problem follows the phone when moved.
what do you think is the problem?
