UC560 local and outside calls

How can configure UC 560 in this way:

Now we have when outside caller call our company number (receptionist) and if she busy or not at her desk phone call goes to another colleague (it should work on this way.) But we want when inside caller call the receptionist that call shouldn't go to another colleague it should stay at the receptionist as missed call. Is it possible? And how it configure?

Only possible if you map a second extension on the receptionist phone and set it up with different CFNA treatment.

There is no inherent differentiation between inside versus outside calls to the same extension.
