Hello,
I can not configure my SIP account OVH on UC560.
My account works with the software Zoiper (see image config).
My account does not work with Cisco UC560 (see image config).
If anyone can help me to understand and configure properly.

You might be running into an issue because the username contains letters. Your sip provider might expect sip invites to come from your username instead of your registered telephone number. CCA will only accept numbers for an outbound dial plan. You should be able to register and you might be able to receive calls but you might have an issue placing calls.

There are no letters in the username. The "xxxx" is just to hide the phone number.
Another idea? you all seem correct?

In CCA under the troubleshoot tab could you type in debug ccsip events and debug ccsip messages? Make a phone call after you have done that and then post your results here.

Additionally, you might want to check with your provider to see if you have the correct settings entered for you SIP profile. Your debug came up with these messages when you made an outbound call.

Hi,
I just got the response from the provider OVH.
They say if it works with the software Zoiper is a problem with configuring Cisco. And it does not concern them.
I do not know what to do. I have to put into production in 10 days.

Eureka, it works.
It appears that the SIP password can not be filled by copy / paste.
I just seize the password with the keyboard and everything works fine.
I'll continue my setup.
