UC560 Voicemail server not responding.

When our users hit the "messages" button on their phone to check voicemail they all get a busy signal.

I tried logging into the webpage of the Voicemail server and get a "page cannot be displayed" error in IE11. I tried Chrome as well and the site times out.

I have tried restarting the CUE. That did not help the problem. Customers cannot leave a voicemail.

I ran the diagnostics and they came back ok.

I can ping the server.

If I open the CCA the CCA cannot connect to the voicemail server and suggests that I run the diagnostics which come back ok.

Any help will be appreciated.

Check/share current status of CUE:

Command: service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 status

Are you able to login into CUE?

Command: service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session

The issue with specific series of phone or phone type ?

Please share the diagnostics ran and their output.

Please share the error message with screenshot that you get while connecting to VoiceMail from CCA.

Any recent changes performed which might result into this issue.

You can ping the server from UC or from computer? Please share ping results.

Also, share the "show run" output.
