Voice mail Alert

hello all,

i have voicemail enable to my UC520 but when a phone receive voice mail there are no alert to known this and the date of the voice mail is not ok

how i can solve this

Is this a new UC520,is it in a lab, or a real deployment?

What SW are you running on it?  (The bunde zip?)

Are you using CCA 2.2?

Was this always this way since initial configuration or did it just start?

You will find lots of discussions on Voice Mail MWI and time synchronization issue between IOS and CUE, but these are all older issues that dont occur much anymore.  I suggest getting to the latest SW version as a starting point.

It would be best to post the configs from the CUE module and the CME.  Let me know how that goes.
