Issue 1 - When remotely trying to receive voicemail, entering a proper extension, then pressing # when the message starts... the call is dropped - running v2.3.1 (0)
Suggestion 1 - Make the prompt to retrieve messages remotely something different than # (or make it configurable) as it is extensively used in other PBX systems to bypass voicemail greetings and go straight to leaving a message
Suggestion 2 - By reading this forum it seems Cisco is developing an iPhone app to use with the UC320... I whole-heartedly support this and I believe it will drive value for potential customers!
Thanks,
Richard

Hi Richard,
Concerning Issue 1. It is configurable as you can see on my AA setup screen. I made the * key the key to drop me into the VM boxes. But I had to use the Autoattendant to achieve that objective.
