Hello,
we have a 3102 set up as an ATA device only for an Analog Phone (the PSTN port is not used). The 3102 is connected to a software IP PBX. Onbound/outbound calls are working fine, we just have an issue with the caller ID displaying on one particular analog phone.
Here's the scenario and what we did so far to troubleshoot:
+ Aastra Venture NT2N81AA115: placing receiving calls ok; no CID displayed when attached to 3102; CID displayed fine when attached directly to PSTN line;
-> additional info: phone ringing seems "truncated" at times; phone flashes message waiting light correctly when voicemail is received
+ other analog Phone: CID displays when attached to 3102
This leads me to the assumption that likely some communication paramters need to be tweaked on the 3102 so that the Aastra Venture correctly "understands" the 3102.
Can someone point me in the right direction which parameters to adjust?
Thx in advance!
Rgds - Marcus.
