Getting a session timeout error when attempting to access phone services and help menu

I just started to experience some timeout session errors when trying to access the URL services from my 7925s. I am also experiecing the error when I attempt to access the help menu.

Any ideas?

Hi Luke,

Never seen this issue before, but are you dropping calls at all?

Is the WiFi reception pretty good when you are attempting to access those URL's?

Have you reset the phone to factory defaults and let it update again?

Is it a modern firmware that is running on it?

Just a couple of questions.thoughts to ponder over.
