We are using a UC500 series (UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9 to be exact). Configured via CCA. We set up a floating extension (444) and have the notification send to one of the phone (extension 201) when we have voicemail. When we have voicemail for the floating extension (444) , the phone (extension 201) ring. We pickup, there is nothing. Look like this is a notification letting us know we have voicemail in floating extension (444), not a regular phone call.
This is good. But I was hoping that I can just pick up the phone (extension 201) and listen to the voicemail of the floating extension after I input the password. Instead right now, we have to hang up the call, dial the floating extention, dial *, and input password to listen to the message.
